M is for mushrooms.

According to a recent Chinese study women who ate at least 10 g of fresh mushrooms each day that's one mushroom per day had 60 for decreased risk of breast cancer, even more dramatic if the women consumed mushrooms and green tea.

Also think of reducing blood pressure and reducing inflammation when you add berries in your diet.
Blueberries are also known for being excellent food for the brain.

S is for seeds

Seeds and nuts are known for having a rich spectrum of micro nutrients. Flaxseed & Chia seeds are all high in omega 3 fats.
