Remember to care for the creative in me. Take 20 minutes to do something I love.

Set Small and gentle goals and meet them.

Be alert to the presence of the Divine guiding the Wisdom in me.

Choose and surround myself with companions that are encouraging me towards my goal.

Remember I was put in this world to be my truly creative me!

Remember It is my job to create the work and not judge the work.
